I held the position of Retention Specialist at Sherwood Crossing Apartment Homes from September 2023-December 2023. I created this Marketing Summary to analyze the social media efforts from mid-September through mid-October. Posting continued past this point, but I chose a 5 week period to analyze for this report.
The Effects of Influencing Podcast was an eight-week series I created for a course, Digital and Social Media Technologies. Each of us created a blog, vlog, or podcast on the topic of our choosing and were tasked with marketing it on Twitter and one other social media platform. This Media Audit was the first I performed. Myself and three of my classmates chose to perform this media audit on Wendy's because of their use of humor across their social channels. We thought it presented an interesting opportunity to analyze how different age groups interact with this type of promotion.
This report accompanies the above media audit. It goes into detail about what was found and where in order to conduct our analysis.
